This episode, Frannie goes over the Sharks' summer transactions. Two vids, roughly 15 minutes altogether. After editing/re-watching the videos, I have to say, for my part, that I'd say no to Modano and let the kids play. I can appreciate who he is and what he's done, hopefully he can get with another team or maybe it's just time to hang it up. The Sharks have been bringing in these "established" players; Roenick, Blake, even experimenting with the likes of Claude Lemieux, and it seems to me that it's just forcing people to sit in the minors when they should be getting valuable experience in the big show. Don't get me wrong, I love Roenick and Blake (maybe not so much Lemieux), but I think those types of signings aren't really working for this team and perhaps it's time to try a different approach.
